Providing care and support to someone with a Mental Illness or Developmental Disability is an important responsibility. It is the obligation of a community. The sole purpose of Second Chance Living Supportive Services (SCLSS) is to assist in fulfilling that obligation; we are here to help! Our service and support empower people, with the intent on achieving independence. We promote the health, well-being and independence of adults through advocacy, support, family and community support services. SCLSS is dedicated to providing quality Community Living Support Services, working in conjunction with the Community Mental Health Agency, enlisting the support of Family and being available when called upon. When needed, we act as the eyes, the ears and voice of our consumers.
